While I can still remember the recipe for the winning chili I thought that I would at least write it down. I did leave out the sequence cause I don't what to give away all my secrets.

2.5 lbs. Ground Beef 90% lean
1 lbs Sweet Italian sausage
1 lbs Hot Italian sausage
32oz Red Kidney Beens
12oz Tomato Paste
1 Large Spanish Onion
2 tbs butter
1 Green Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
4 tbs Chili Powder
2 tbs Course Black Pepper
~ 1 tbs Cajan Pepper
1 tbs Salt
1 tbs Liquid Smoke
